Drysdale Street, Hoxton, Shoreditch, London

This little street in Shoreditch has great personal significance to me. The old shops have kept their names and signage yet have been transformed into modern versions of themselves. Jaguar Shoes, Importers/ Exporters, for example, has been a great place for a gin and tonic in the summer. Dream Bags always makes me smile. All good examples of the change Shoreditch has been through. In the middle of the scene-‘Perseverance Works’ has been adopted by myself as something of a personal motto. An essential scene of Shoreditch.
